Our goal with new traders is to provide them with all the necessary tools to become a long term profitable trader. By providing a continuous learning environment we ensure that Traders have a strong educational foundation. We also provide an environment of mentoring and teamwork, which allows our traders the greatest opportunity to reduce the learning curve timeframe and become profitable as quickly as possible.

Experienced Traders
Our goal with experienced traders is to provide them with a comfortable trading environment, allowing them the freedom to reach their personal goals. We also work with experienced Traders, to analyze their trading style and offer suggestions on how to improve their profit levels. Our focus on teamwork means that all Traders can benefit from experiences, as well as the experiences of other team members.

Methodology
We offer our traders a proven methodology that if executed properly ensures the highest probability of success. Although our traders may not all trade the same markets or exact same styles we have proven methods of analysis, that can help improve any trader’s bottom line.

Environment/Mentoring
The competition believes that a one month training program is adequate. They then let their Traders "Figure it Out" on their own. Title Trading believes that continuing education and mentoring are essential to provide our Traders the greatest success in long term growth and profitability. Yes we do offer a one month training course and instruction to new recruits; however we follow that up with continuous mentoring and coaching throughout the Traders career at Title Trading. The environment of teamwork on our trading floor reduces the learning curve for new recruits dramatically, and allows our experienced traders to maintain higher more consistent profits. Our mentors work with Traders to develop a trade frequency and level of risk tolerance that reflects both the trader's personality and their level of experience.
