Training at Title Trading is compromised of two parts: (1) Affiliate Office Manager training; and (2) Trader Theory training, followed by hands-on Trading laboratory in real-time.
The Affiliate Office manager training will take place over a one-week time period and include such topics as:
- Set-up and development of the physical office
- Recruiting
- Interviewing and hiring
- Training traders
- Introduction and use of the software and technologies used to successfully operate an office
- Policies and procedures
The Trader Theory and Lab will talk place over a three-week period and will allow new managers to walk through the same theory and practical training that we offer new traders on our own Corporate trading floors. We encourage you to incorporate the training materials and techniques into the training programs for your own offices.

- Level 2 and Time and Sales study
- Order routing
- Basic chart reading skills
- Trading strategies in various trends, including scalping and market making
- Trader psychology
